Park Rehab, founded in 1994, is a subcontracting company that offers a full range of therapy services to the residents of central Ohio, specifically Franklin and surrounding counties.  Park Rehab is owned and operated by a licensed physical therapist who has been practicing in the central Ohio area for close to two decades and employs a team of dedicated therapists who are thoroughly screened, insured and supervised..

      Patient home care treatment programs and plans are individually designed through physicians' diagnostic studies and recommendations, existing multi-team treatment plans, home evaluations, patient and family goals and vocational needs.

COSTS
      Home Health services provided are covered 100% by Medicare and most insurance companies if the client is under a physician’s plan of care.


Todd Park, M.S., P.T.
      Before establishing Park Rehab, Mr. Park has served as Director of several clinics and has completed his masters degree in orthopedic physical therapy. He has had extensive postgraduate training in orthopedic and balance disorders, and geriatric rehabilitation. He has lectured on back and balance disorders and treatments. In 1992, he was awarded the Distinguished Service Award from Bellefontaine and Indian Lake Physical Therapy and the Founder’s Award from Doctors Hospital in 1989. He is A member of the American Physical Therapy Association and a House of Delegate for the Ohio Physical Therapy Association.
